Play-through Policy

1. The requirement is 1×

Every bonus, free case, tip you receive, promotional credit and other free reward carries a wagering requirement of 1× its value. Wager $50 of stakes and $50 of requirement is met. There is no 5×, no 30×, and no hidden multiplier.

A deposit made with an active deposit or referral code receives a 5% bonus and carries a requirement of 1× the deposit plus the bonus: deposit $100, receive $5, and $105 of wagering is required. The bonus applies to every qualifying deposit while your code is active, not only your first.

A code stays active for 24 hours. Afterwards you may renew it or activate a different one. Each credited deposit-and-bonus carries its own requirement; requirements do not merge and are worked off in the order they were granted.

2. What counts towards it

A stake counts once the game it paid for is settled. Box openings, deals and battle entries all count at their full stake.

Money reserved in an open battle is not yet a settled stake and does not count until the battle resolves. A stake that is refunded or voided — a cancelled lobby, an expired battle, a corrected error — is removed again, because no money was ever at risk.

Bot seats in a battle are not human stakes. They never contribute to your requirement, nor to races, rakeback, level progress or affiliate commission.

Selling an item you won with your own money creates no new requirement. Selling an item that came from a free case keeps that item's original 1× requirement: a sale neither clears it nor doubles it. The same unmet requirement applies to a delivery request.

3. What it affects

An unmet requirement does not lock your balance out of play: you can keep opening boxes with it. It restricts withdrawal and physical delivery until it is met.

Your remaining requirement is shown in your wallet and your reward history, with the grant it came from. If the number is not what you expect, open a support ticket and we will show you the entries behind it.

4. Withdrawal conditions

A withdrawal is available when your requirement is met, the funding deposit has reached finality with the provider, and a member of our team has approved the request. Requests above an operator-set threshold are approved by a second person who did not request them.

We do not require a previous deposit to withdraw a legitimately earned balance, and we do not impose password re-entry or address cooldowns. Where a request is refused, we tell you why.
